Ingredients

  • 50g banana
  • 70g pear
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Wash, peel and slice the banana and pear. Cook the fruit slowly in a saucepan with a little water, cover and gently simmer for 20 minutes. Once all the fruit is cooked, blend with the cinnamon into a smooth compote. Leave to cool before serving.
