Orchard fruit puree

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe apricots
  • 1 peach
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 90mL of water
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 7 level measuring scoops of follow-on formula

Preparation

  1. Stone, peel and cut the fruit into small cubes.
  2. Combine with the sugar, water and a sprig of rosemary in a saucepan and let the mixture stew.
  3. Remove the rosemary, then blend the fruit in a food processor to a more or less fine consistency. Add the 7 level measuring scoops of follow-on formula and stir to mix. Leave to cool before serving to baby.
